I have always been a "runner" but trained seriously as a track athlete from my late teens onwards, culminating in becoming a national level 400 and 800m athlete. I reached national finals and represented GB and British Universities. I have now completed marathons in Jersey and London.
I completed a Physics degree and Medical Physics Masters at the University of Birmingham and then worked as a medical physicist in the NHS for 8 years.

I am fully insured and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
